Brocken Jr. was the son of the Zangyaku Choujin Brockenman. After a long vendetta against Ramenman, who killed his father in the 20th Choujin Olympics, he joined the Seigi Choujin side.
His father's brutal fighting style carries over to Brocken Jr., especially through his signature techinque "Red Rain of Berlin", in which he uses his hands to cut his enemies into pieces.
